What to expect

Your first visit, end to end.

We block 90 minutes for first visits so we have time for a real intake, hands-on assessment, and the session itself — without rushing any of it.

Before you arrive

You'll get intake paperwork emailed before the session — health history, areas of concern, and any current medications. Fill it out at home if you can; we'll go through it together.

The intake conversation

We ask detailed questions about what's going on now and what you're hoping to change. Be honest about recent injuries, surgeries, mental and physical health — it shapes the work directly.

Assessment & treatment

For most clients this includes a brief postural assessment, then hands-on work. For myofascial release sessions, plan to wear loose-fitting gym or running shorts.

Your treatment plan

After the first session we'll outline a recommended path — how many sessions, what cadence, what to do between visits. You decide the pace. Plans evolve as you do.

Between visits

You'll leave with specific self-care — stretches, hydration and movement guidance, sometimes referrals. The work between sessions is often where the lasting change happens.
