Services

What we treat.

Each session draws on the modalities that fit you — not a fixed protocol. Jake and Denise will design a treatment plan after your first visit.

Who we work with

We're not for everyone — and that's the point.

Three kinds of clients walk out of our door happiest.

Active at all ages

Weekend warriors who still lift, ride, hike, swim. People setting up for a strong retirement — traveling, keeping up with grandkids, staying mobile into their 70s and 80s. Active across decades.

Real therapeutic depth

You want pressure that means something — the "hurt so good" kind, with intention behind every stroke. You're tired of chain-spa "fluff and buff" and ready for work that actually changes how your body feels.

New to bodywork

You're not sure what bodywork should feel like. That's the right starting point. We'll explain what we're finding, what we're doing about it, and what to do between sessions.

Our approach

Education is paramount.

Every session is two things at once — hands-on work, and an explanation of what we're finding and why. You leave knowing why your shoulder seizes up at mile six, why your hip locks after meetings, why that old injury still flares. And with the strategies to do something about it on your own.

What clients say.

Bell's palsy
"After one massage treatment of my head and face, I could move muscles that had been frozen since I had been stricken by Bell's palsy. I had not been able to make a whistling motion with my lips, and after one massage, I actually was able to whistle softly."
— Carol B.
Computer-related pain
"What surprised me the most about sitting for extended sessions in front of my computer was the tightness in my calf muscles and the discomfort in my feet. I had immediate relief from my first therapeutic massage."
— Chris F., Merrimack, NH
